RebelRust – Refund & Return Policy (Chargeback-Resistant)
At RebelRust, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, to maintain fairness and transparency, we strictly follow the policy below for all return and refund requests.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item (based on verified tracking delivery) to request a return.
Any requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a return or refund under any circumstance.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may request to adjust or cancel your order by contacting us at support@rebelrust.com within 24 hours of order placement. After this window, your order will be forwarded to our supplier and can no longer be modified or canceled.
Please note:
- If you cancel within 24 hours, any payment processing fees are non-refundable.
- You may request changes to color or size only if the change does not affect the final item price.
- If your order includes a promotional discount, canceling individual items may void the promotion entirely.
- Once a tracking number has been issued, the order can no longer be canceled under any circumstance.
By placing an order with RebelRust, you agree to these conditions.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must include all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email, invoice, or receipt).
- You must submit a clear, uninterrupted video starting from the sealed package before opening, continuing through the full unboxing, showing the claimed issue.
Returns without a valid unboxing video or proof of condition will not be eligible for refunds.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
"Change of mind" returns (wrong size selection, color preference, buyer's remorse, etc.) are not accepted. Please review all product details and size charts carefully before purchasing.
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@rebelrust.com to initiate a return request.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and an uninterrupted unboxing video and/or photos of the received item.
- Once approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure the item is properly packaged and delivered.
Return address will be provided upon approval only. We do not publicly list our return address.
Warranty Policy
RebelRust offers two types of warranty packages. Warranty coverage depends on the package selected at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for warranty claims:
- Customers must have selected a valid warranty plan and retain the order confirmation with warranty details.
- Claims must strictly follow the conditions outlined in the warranty description on the product or warranty listing.
Warranty claims made without selecting a warranty plan, or failing to follow its terms, will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Sale items, promotional or discounted orders, or items purchased using discount codes. Discount code orders may be eligible for store credit only, at RebelRust's sole discretion.
- Orders with free gifts or bonus items (unless all items are returned together).
- Gift cards, custom or personalized products, and items in categories such as personal care, perishables, or hazardous goods.
- Orders returned due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or refusal to accept the package without valid reason.
- Claims made without a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video or photo evidence.
- "Change of mind" returns including but not limited to wrong size selection, color preference, or buyer's remorse.
- All sales during promotional events (flash sales, seasonal campaigns, limited-time offers) are final and non-refundable without exception.
Exchange Policy
To exchange an item, please return the original item as per the return process above. Once approved, you may place a new order separately for the desired item. We do not offer direct product swaps.
EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order was shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without needing to provide a reason. However:
- All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. RebelRust will not cover international return shipping under any circumstance.
- The item must meet all eligibility conditions stated above (unused, original packaging, with unboxing proof).
- Refunds will only be issued after the item is received and fully inspected.
EU customers are strongly encouraged to review all product details carefully before purchasing.
Package Not Received (INR Claims)
If tracking confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, RebelRust considers the order fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
In such cases:
- Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier using the provided tracking number.
- RebelRust will supply all available shipment documentation to support the carrier claim.
By placing an order, you confirm the accuracy of your shipping address. RebelRust is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery confirmation.
To support your claim, you must include:
- Your order number
- An uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the sealed package, and/or clear photos showing the issue
- A description of the problem
Without valid visual proof, we cannot proceed with a refund or replacement.
Complaints submitted after 72 hours of delivery confirmation will not be eligible for refund or replacement under any circumstance.
Shipping Timeframes & Disputes
By placing an order with RebelRust, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated shipping timeframes outlined in our Shipping Policy:
- US orders: 5–14 business days after order placement
- International orders: 7–14 business days after order placement
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment
Disputes or chargebacks filed solely on the basis of shipping duration within these stated timeframes will not be considered valid. We provide full tracking documentation to payment processors when necessary.
Items ship internationally DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- RebelRust reserves the right to offer partial refunds at our discretion in cases where only minor defects are present and a full return is not warranted.

Fraud & Dispute Protection
We document and verify every stage of each order to ensure full accountability:
- Order confirmation and product description at time of purchase
- Shipment details with tracking and proof of delivery
- Internal pre-shipment packaging records
- All customer service communications
Chargebacks or disputes filed without proper evidence, or in contradiction to this policy, will be challenged. We provide complete documentation to payment processors when necessary.
